Dance class expands your movement vocabulary for all those times you’re expressing yourself in the privacy of your lounge room.

As for the scenarios you’re making up – like being Usher’s back-up dancer at the Superbowl halftime show or running into your ex whilst you are absolutely tearing up the dance floor – go low, be petty.

The beauty of made-up dance scenarios in the privacy of your bedroom is it doesn’t hurt anybody, and your body is flooded with endorphins as a by-product. So get dancing.
