An April Mood-Booster to Re-Energise the Tired

Week after week, we turn up and teach a large group of people who get to know a little more about us each time they take our class.

On occasion, are we afforded the privilege of learning a little about you too. Little conversations that organically sprout in between songs tell us of the incredible, tumultuous, exciting, heartbreaking, soaringly spirited and overwhelmingly difficult life chapters some of you go through.

These mood-booster playlists are created with love each month to offer some semblance of sparkle in your life, to encourage you to dance, to take life a little less seriously for an hour here or there, and to really appreciate the glimmers of goodness that can co-exist amongst all the rest of life’s experiences.
