What’s better than a big instagram scroll and email check as soon as you wake up?
Literally anything. But with so many of us hunched over our smart phones and computers for hours each day, there is something to be said for simply breaking up that stagnancy with a 2 minute stretch.
Why stretch? Let’s keep it short with some dot points:
- Relieves muscle tension
- Prevents injury
- Improves blood circulation
- Reduces stress
- Makes you more flexible
- Takes your dance floor jazz kicks to a new level
- Is way better than scrolling

*Please make sure your body is warm first. Either jog on the spot for 30 seconds or go have a nice hot shower first to prevent injury.
