3-WEEK ZOOM SERIES: BODY ROLLS

We’re rolling back our regular Zoom class to 3 week pop-up blocks with Amy Zhang.

Amy will focus on a set of fundamentals per 3-week block, so you can walk away from the series having given that new technique a red hot go!

NEXT ROUND: BODY ROLLS

Think rolls, grinds, whines, isolations and all that juicy, sticky, honey movement goodness.

Classes are 45 minutes long and begin with a warm-up, a nice juicy stretch, then focus on a particular dance move or technique.

You can book an isolated session, or commit (do it!) and take all three classes to see yourself level up by the end of the sessions.

We’re heaps excited, this is going to a special one.

The next session for 2022 is Dec 1, 8, 15.
