I know, I know: it’s been months since we sent our monthly mood-booster playlists. Put simply: I haven’t had the time or bandwidth to make them under the pile of freelance work that has bottlenecked through the beginning of 2025.
I promise I’m totally ok – I’m great in fact – but I’m staunchly protective of my mental health, so I knew I had to take a few months off from these newsletters in order to maintain some semblance of balance.
It worked. Now I’m back, recharged and guilt-free for having taken the requisite break in order to be my best self for you.
I hope my radical rest ethos inspires you to listen to your own body and do the same.
Rest is resistance in a culture that profits off your exhaustion. Stay chill bebes.
