With no mirrors, and dim lights, Groove Therapy runs the ultimate anti-dance class dance class. Our Brisbane beginner adult dance classes have been one of the quickest to take off and we’ve been stoked to see the Brissy beginner dance community build so quickly. However, we no longer run on a regular basis. Here is the info on our pop-up class coming on December 9!

Beginner Grooves Dance Class Party

The night begins with an hour long beginner grooves dance class with a live DJ, party lights and some seriously good vibes, led by insane powerhouse Bekky Carter.

Pink Inc dancer showcase

Once you’re high on endorphins, adrenaline and frenetic electricity charging through your limbs, why not get seriously inspired by Queensland’s BEST dance crews doing a showcase of performances for an hour?

This is an event put on by the dance community, for the dance community so it’s only a gold coin donation! All you have to do is donate and sit down with dropped jaws as you see these dancers do their thing.
